What a loss. His music and talent was as much an inspiration to choirs and choir directors in the '80's and '90's as anyones. He had a great influence on so many people. I guess it is time to pull out those old vinyls and CD's and reflect on the past. But the past will always remain in our hearts. God Bless You, Rev. T. Wright...I will miss you...... Like my brother, I had the opportunity to know him and sing with him. My last time to see him was when he was here doing a Gospel fundraiser for our Mayor before he was elected to the office. My husband had a more personal relationship with him from his involvement with the Gospel Music Workshop and from being a gospel promoter. Their relationship allowed me to speak to his wife on the phone a time or two, but I never met her in person. I remember being in SC last year when I first received the news of the accident...and now this. What a tremendous loss to the gospel music industry, his family, his church and community and to those that loved him from afar.
