I had a bad experience here at the family medicine office at MUSC (the Medical University of South Carolina). I had to walk like 20 or 25 minutes to the place because the rude nurse that made my appointment didn't tell me where it was. I tried to call on my way but nobody was answering the phone. And then when I got there the lady said that the doctor couldn't see me and I needed to reschedule. So then when I asked when was the next available appointment she said she didn't have the schedule and I would have to call back for an appointment. I told her never mind and I would go somewhere else. Then she had the NERVE to try to give me a ticket thing to get out of the parking lot. I told her that I didn't need it because I HAD TO WALK THERE AND THAT IS WHY I WAS LATE AND WHEN I TRIED TO CALL TO TELL THEM I WOULD BE LATE I WAS ON HOLD THE WHOLE WALK DOWN THERE!!!!!!!!
