Kourtney, I have tears in the corner of my eyes (see how people give stupid details that no one cares about like in the Maria story!)laughing about that "special" lady. She was crazy!! The media OBVIOUSLY doesn't have enough to report on so we have to put up with stories about cell phone use,Jon and Kate's divorce, and balloon hoax....the world is crazy!!
Reply - <a href="#" class="quote" onclick="quote('4126','Karol Ann','Kourtney, I have tears in the corner of my eyes (see how people give stupid details that no one cares about like in the Maria story!)laughing about that \"special\" lady.
@Kourtney - ROTFL! As you say, the killing part is, people like this are serious! Do you have mystery shoppers come in? Maybe she was a mystery shopper pulling your leg to see if you would stay professional otherwise, I agree, she is special.
Reply - <a href="#" class="quote" onclick="quote('4122','Kathy','<a href=\'#comment-4121\'>@Kourtney<\/a> - ROTFL!
Of course the media will hype up minor issues like this when famous people are involved!!! But who cares? Thousands of people get tickets for the same thing everyday. I find it humorous that their solution was to hire a driver for her. Wowzers! It kind of reminds me of a customer I had the other day, and yes this is a true story. A lady walks in and up to the counter. She seems as if shes missing a few screws but still functional. I asked how I could help her and she told me that she wanted to get a new phone. I researched the account and discoverd she had just got her phone a little over a month ago. But it was definitely past her 30 day return period. I asked what the problem was and she said "this phone is too accident prone. I cannot drive and dial like i used to be able to" (LOL)I though, are you serious lady???!?!? And I was holding back my laughter because she was dead serious. But staying professional and a sales rep, I suggested her getting a bluetooth headset. I told her how many states have already enforced a hands free driving law and its probably only a matter of time before it comes to IN. She didnt like that option and she said I have almost gotten into more accidents using this phone, and with her t-mobile razr she could dial and drive just fine. At this point she was getting loud and other customers were looking at her in disbelief as well. I then explained about voice command. How she could just say the name of the person she wanted to call. She insisted that the ONLY way to call her doctor was to dial the number out, and its always a different number. I was thinking, what kind of doctor do you have that changes their number....but on the other hand she might have different 'special' doctors that most wouldnt have due to her lack of um....

I finally got tired of going back and fourth with her and told her that it was probably a bad idea for ANYONE to drive and dial (especially when your already special i thought, lol) I was unable to bend our 30 day return policy. She was still mad and said she was going to call customer service. Now what kind of mess was this. Keep in mind she was serious the whole entire time. WOW. WOW. WOW.
AAAhhhh, the joys of custome service jobs!!!
Reply - <a href="#" class="quote" onclick="quote('4121','Kourtney','Of course the media will hype up minor issues like this when famous people are involved!!!
